KBJJ Coaches are experienced instructors with appropriate insurance & safeguarding training
Our Coaches have emergency first aid and safeguarding qualifications and are subject to United Kingdom Police vetting, cleared to work with children & vulnerable persons through the DBS service
We also attract some of the best instructors from around the world to run seminars, adding more value for our members.
Professor Mark Bauer - Head Coach and Founder of KBJJ
A 2nd degree black belt under BJJ Legend, Roger Gracie, 10 x world champion.

Clint Hosking
A 1st degree black belt under BJJ Legend Mauricio Gomes, Clint is a qualified teacher with twenty years experience in the education sector. He began his martial arts training in 1990 with karate, earning his black belt in 1994.
Clint has been training in BJJ for over ten years. He teaches on the white belt (beginners) class, also the kids & adult classes in general.
Known for his knowledge of the fundamentals as much as for his warmth & sense of humour, Clint embodies the sense of family that we have at KBJJ.
Tony Harrison
A black belt under Mark, Tony is a skilled BJJ practitioner, a very approachable Coach & an awesome competitor to watch. Tony runs classes from SO8 in Falmouth on Friday evenings, & Fundamentals at KBJJ on Thursday evenings.
Jack Williams
A black belt, Jack went from absolute beginner at Kernow BJJ, through every belt (white - blue - purple - brown - black) under Mark. Known as a solid competitor and coach, Jack assists with adult classes and teaches kids classes.
